You don’t have to do motherhood alone.
Motherhood comes with beautiful moments—and questions, concerns, and times when you simply need someone in your corner.
Most moms get just one postpartum visit with their delivering provider. You deserve support in the weeks between.
Mary & Elizabeth provides just that: compassionate, NP-led postpartum advocacy and support to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered in the weeks and months after birth.
Inspired by the relationship between Mary and Elizabeth in Luke 1, we believe mothers deserve someone knowledgeable and compassionate in their corner—someone who will listen, help them understand what’s happening, recognize when something may need attention, and help them navigate the healthcare system with confidence.

The Mary & Elizabeth Difference
Our goal is to help mothers feel informed, confident, and supported. We help you recognize concerns, understand your options, prepare questions, and know when and where to seek appropriate care—while working alongside, never replacing, your healthcare team.
Seen. Supported. Empowered. At Peace.
At the heart of Mary & Elizabeth is a simple belief:
The mother matters, too.
She is more than the person who delivered a baby. She is a woman recovering physically, adjusting emotionally, and navigating a season filled with tremendous change.
She deserves to be cared for, heard, and supported, too.

Supporting the Postpartum Journey
Through personalized postpartum advocacy and navigation, we help mothers:• Understand what to expect during postpartum recovery
• Recognize concerns and know when to seek appropriate medical care
• Prepare questions and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
• Better understand medical information and recommendations
• Navigate healthcare, community resources, and additional support
• Feel more informed, confident, and empowered in decisions about their health -
There are many wonderful professionals who care for mothers—OB/GYNs, MFMs, advanced practice providers, midwives, doulas, lactation consultants, pelvic-floor therapists, mental health professionals, and others.
Mary & Elizabeth is not intended to replace or compete with these professionals. We do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions, and we are not a substitute for care from your OB/GYN, midwife, or other healthcare provider.
We help connect the dots.
When a mother finds herself wondering:
“Is this normal?”
“Should I call my doctor?”
“What should I ask at my appointment?”
“I don’t understand what they told me.”
“Who can help me with this?”
“I just wish someone would check on me.”Mary & Elizabeth provides a knowledgeable, compassionate place to start—helping mothers understand their concerns, identify appropriate resources, prepare for conversations with their healthcare team, and determine their next steps.

Mary & Elizabeth will begin with a focused mission: supporting mothers throughout their postpartum journey.
As we grow, our vision is to expand our services to support women during pregnancy—particularly those navigating high-risk or medically complex pregnancies—ultimately creating a continuum of maternal advocacy from pregnancy through postpartum.
Our long-term vision is for Mary & Elizabeth to become a trusted maternal-health resource—a place where women know:
“When I don’t know what to do, I can call Mary & Elizabeth.”
